Exhibitors and Presenters
We would like to invite you to join us at this year’s Eastern Region Communication and Technology Conference, Power of Partners which will bring together content distributors and content producers. We are the largest event of this kind in the country with a one day trade show devoted to you the vendors with no conflicting meetings or events to compete against. In fact, the Breakfast with the Vendors is on the trade show floor.
We also will conduct a Vendor Door Prize Drawing which requires attendees to visit every vendor to qualify. Our conference is structured to maximize visitors to your booth in the shortest amount of time. We devote a full day to you thus reducing or eliminating your stay at the hotel. Last year’s trade show was sold out. We will have room to accommodate 50 exhibitors and 10 presenters and are projecting over 200 attendees.
Exhibitors will be provided with a 7′x3′ area, one 6′x30″ table, wireless internet access, one shared 20 amp power outlet if needed, lunch, and a list of conference attendees. If you require additional space, it can be made available (Check for discounts – additional space is a time-sensitive offer).
Presenters will be provided with a 12′x5′ area, two scheduled 20 minute presentations, a presentation description published in program and conference newsletter, two 6′x30″ tables/8 chairs, a listing on event schedule poster, two Partners Banquet tickets, wireless internet access, one 20 amp power outlet, lunch, and a list of conference attendees.
All vendors are required to provide a door prize for the raffle at vendor check in.

Eastern Region Communication and Technology Conference, is produced by the Jersey Access Group in association with Telvue Corporation, 4Wall Entertainment, Varto Technologies, and the National Association of Telecommunications Officers & Advisors and is designed to bring together community media TV station staff and volunteers, independent film makers and producers, TV engineers and technicians, IT Staff, Legal Counsel, municipal officers and advisers, board members, educators, government managers, elected officials, manufacturers and vendors, and advocates and supporters of community media and local broadcasting.
