One of the benefits of a “Full Conference” registration is the meal package. The meal package includes: the “Meet and Greet,” breakfast with the vendors the first day and a breakfast plenary the second day, lunch with guest speakers both days, and an amazing banquet, and dessert buffet before the JAM Video Awards.

May 3rd: Meet and Greet
When: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Where: To be held in the hotel bar.
What is included? Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar with special discounted prices.
Catch an early dinner or a late snack at one of the many area restaurants.
May 4th: Breakfast with the Vendors
When: 9:00am – 10:30am
Where: To be held on the trade show floor.
What is included? A continental breakfast with lots of coffee and tea to help you start your day off right.

What is included? A buffet meal will be provided which will take into consideration attendees eating preferences.

What is included? Just a little nosh to keep you going as you visit the exhibitors.

When: 8:00am – 9:15am
Where: To be held in the Garden State Ballroom on the 1st floor.
What is included? A hot and cold breakfast buffet. Good for those that need a lite snack or the big breakfast to start a day filled with workshops.
