Schedule
The conference packs a lot of content into just two days. This year there will be some special pre-conference activities and you will not want to miss the Meet and Greet and a chance at winning some great prizes. It is here that you will find a day-by-day schedule of events. On this page you will find a listing of events, hour-by-hour for the Pre-Conference on May 2, 2011 and for each day of the conference (Day 1 – May 3, 2011; and Day 2 – May 4, 2011). Pre-Conference
This is a new element this year for our conference. Ideas are being pursued presently that include for some special half day and full day workshops on product training, product user groups, technology forums, and others. One thing is for sure these will be special events with quality instruction and limited enrollment. And one might be just what you are looking for to expand your personal expertise. Trade Show Floor Map
The trade show map below is packed with vendors and is design to insure easy traffic flow and conform for attendees and vendors throughout the day. We have incorporated your ability to maximize your time at the trade show to visit with vendors, attend presentations, check the latest equipment in our TV studio, grab a drink or have something to eat, and stop and talk with fellow attendees. Vendor Presentations
Part of the conference mandate is to educate our attendees. We ask our Vendor Partners to help us with that goal by providing an understanding of their products so our attendees can make the correct purchasing choices for their specific applications. TV Production

Speakers

Workshops
We have an exciting array of workshop possibilities consisting of many new topics to aid in the delivery of community media and broadcast television. Watch for updates in future as workshops develop. Meal Packages
One of the benefits of a “Full Conference” registration is the meal package. The meal package includes: the “Meet and Greet,” breakfast with the vendors the first day and a breakfast plenary the second day, lunch with guest speakers both days, and an amazing banquet, and dessert buffet before the JAM Video Awards.
